Intro
     > Aero Dancing F: Todoroki Tsubasa no Hatsu Hikou (FSD) (a.k.a.: Tsubasa's Virgin Flight) is basically a bonus disc to the ever awesome Aero Dancing F.  As such, this game is not expected to make the journey across the Pacific.  New missions, aircraft, and options round out the sales pitch for this semi-sequel.  It also features Special Data downloads for Aero Daning ~fBI, Aero Dancing SD and Aero Dancing F.

     > Importing is probably the only way to go (already noted).  As with prior Aero Dancing titles, as long as you know what controlling a multi million dollar jet is about, then you should fare well.  There's a mixture of Japanese and English in the menus, but most of the selections are easily made.

For the remaining review categories see: Aero Dancing F (reviews) for more info.

Graphics
     > Other than some new paint jobs on certain aircraft, I really can't decipher any graphic enhancements off the bat (compared to Aero Dancing F).  If there are any, then it's safe to say they're minor.  That's a good thing though, as this series has excellent flight visuals.

     > Of course, I'm very happy to by able to fly an F/A-18C in US Navy Blue Angels livery!  There's also a wildly painted purple and pink F-14 Tomcat, an orange and yellow design for an F-15 Eagle, an F-18 Aggressor, and more.

Control
     > Once again, there is no difference or enhancement here, which is good.  Aero Dancing FSD continues the tradition of simulation gameplay with just enough arcade to keep most people interested.  The only thing I hope CRI fixes for the forthcoming "Aero Dancing i" is the sluggish wheel brakes, which should stop quicker.
Sound
     > Nothing new here either.  Top-Gun-esque rock tunes will light your afterburner.  The roar of jet engines and pounding explosions never seem to get old.  I suppose the sound of gunfire ripping into the enemy during a heated dogfight is satisfying as well.
Fun
     > Aero Dancing FSD features 10 new Sky Missions (combining target shooting, hoop flying, and dogfighting).  Other modes include Internet, Free Flight, 3 sets of 8+ Carrier Ops Missions, Replay, and Special Data/Previews.  For instance, if you download the Aero Dancing F Special Data file, then you'll be able to use all the newly painted Aero Dancing FSD aircraft in that game!  The new missions will keep you busy for a while, but Free Flight is still the way to go for me -- I will never get tired of that mode!
Bottom Line
     > If you love to fly, then Aero Dancing FSD is a no-brainer.  It's a bonus disc much like Aero Dancing SD.  If you don't have any Aero Dancing games yet, then get Aero Dancing F / AeroWings 2 first.  If you already have Aero Dancing F / AeroWings 2, then consider the worthiness of new missions and aircraft liveries.  At least it sells for $39, which is a good value.
